She/Her
I am a clinically trained Psychologist and accredited Executive Coach.
I help adults of all ages who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress, difficulties with adjustment and life transitions, trauma, grief, loss, and work-related issues. My approach is attachment-focused and trauma-informed. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy and Positive Psychology.
I also provide Leadership and Executive Coaching. My approach is strengths-based, and I am accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP).
Before moving into practice full-time, I worked for over two decades in senior and executive leadership roles across private and public sectors. My roles were focused on organisational transformation leadership development, culture and employee wellbeing.
I aim to provide a warm and compassionate space to make sense of life and work-related challenges, and to provide strategies and skills to help manage difficult experiences.
